Smoky Chipotle Dressing
2 cups raw whole almonds
1 cup raw pecan halves
1 cup raw whole cashews
3 Tbs Mother Raw Smoky Chipotle Dressing
¼ cup coconut sugar
2 Tbs maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp all spice
½ tsp salt
2-4 cups mini pretzel twists, gluten free if needed (adjust quantity to your liking of pretzels!)
Everyone needs a snack mix to calm the nerves during intense sports watching! The Mother Raw Smoky Chipotle Dressing adds the perfect amount of seasoning you need! Use any additional spices and any large nuts (those listed as well as walnuts, hazelnuts, brazil nuts etc.) of your choice! Adapted from Food52.
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread nuts onto baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl stir together coconut sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, all spice, salt, and Smoky Chipotle Dressing. Pour in the toasted nuts and stir until well coated. Add pretzels and stir until coated.
Spread the mixture out evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Watch carefully so that they don’t burn.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the mixture cool completely on the tray before storing (it will crisp up and become less sticky as it cools!). Enjoy!
