Can I return a product if I change my mind?

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
Oh no! If your product(s) arrived damaged in any way, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get a bit of specific information before sending a replacement!
I’d like a refund on my purchase.
We have a 30 day refund policy. If you’d like a refund, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we will try and make things right! Contact us at email@example.com. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. It may take several days for the credit to appear on your statement.
My product(s) arrived broken. What do I do?
We’re sorry to hear about your broken product. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can send over a replacement and you can get back to putting good on good.
Late or Missing Refunds
It takes a few days for the refund to be posted on your card or in your account. If it's not there in 10 business days, please reach out to us at email@example.com so we can let you know the status from our end.
