1 head broccoli, cut into florets
¼ cup Mother Raw Roasted Garlic Caesar Dressing & Marinade
2 tbsp bread crumbs

Position rack in top third of oven and preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook broccoli until tender crisp, about 3 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove florets to a paper towel lined dish to drain.
Place florets on a prepared baking sheet. Using a heavy bottom glass, lightly press down on each floret to slightly flatten. Brush florets with Mother aw Ranch Dressing and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Flip each floret so the coated side is down. Brush with more dressing. Bake until golden and crisp, 14 to 15 minutes.
Serve alongside Mother Raw Garlic Aioli Dip.
