Smoky Chipotle Dressing
1 small head of iceburg lettuce, chopped
1 can (398ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (341ml) corn, drained
1 pack (255g) cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 avocado, diced
⅓ cup Roasted pumpkin seeds, optional
Mother Raw Smoky Chipotle Dressing
2 handfuls Nacho or tortilla chips, gluten and dairy free option if needed
This nacho taco salad uses what you likely have in your pantry and fridge, to build the perfect salad! Feel free to substitute with what you have on hand to make your own version of the perfect salad! Start with whatever green you have, add a protein, some juicy produce, something creamy, something crunchy and fresh, some crunchy nacho or tortilla chips, and drizzle it all with Mother Raw!
Add chopped lettuce to a bowl followed by drained and rinsed black beans, corn, halved cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, and pumpkin seeds.
Drizzle it with the amount of Mother Raw Chipotle Dressing you’d like.
Either crumble some nacho or tortilla chips into the mix or serve it with the chips to “dip” with!
