Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Lightly brush pitas on both sides with olive oil and place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until lightly golden and crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.
Evenly spread hummus over pitas and top with arugula, olives, tomatoes, chickpeas and onion. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
