In this recipe
- 1 head broccoli, chopped into florets
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- Pinch sea salt and pepper
⅓ cup Mother Raw Queso
Treat yourself to this perfect side dish or a lighter main. Roasting really brings out the best in broccoli and it pairs deliciously with our Queso!
Preheat the oven to 425ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the broccoli to the pan and toss with oil and salt and pepper.
Place in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until broccoli is crispy.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over low heat, add the queso and stir to soften and gently heat.
Add the broccoli to a serving dish and drizzle with the Mother Raw queso.
Serve and enjoy!
