Roasted Carrots with Za’atar and Tahini Dressing

A delicious take on traditional roasted carrots, starring Creamy Tahini dressing that will have your taste buds transported!


1 bunch carrots (around 8 carrots), cut lengthwise
1 Tbsp avocado oil
1 Tbsp Za’atar spice
Pinch Kosher salt
3 Tbsp Mother Raw Creamy Tahini Dressing
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 Tbsp pomegranate arils 


  1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF (218ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Toss the carrots with the avocado oil, za’atar and salt. Place in the oven on the baking sheet and bake for 20 to 22 minutes. 
  3. Plate the carrots, and top with Mother Raw Creamy Tahini dressing, chopped parsley and pomegranate. Serve and enjoy!
