A delicious take on traditional roasted carrots, starring Creamy Tahini dressing that will have your taste buds transported!
Ingredients1 bunch carrots (around 8 carrots), cut lengthwise
1 Tbsp avocado oil
1 Tbsp Za’atar spice
Pinch Kosher salt
3 Tbsp Mother Raw Creamy Tahini Dressing
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 Tbsp pomegranate arils
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF (218ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the carrots with the avocado oil, za’atar and salt. Place in the oven on the baking sheet and bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
- Plate the carrots, and top with Mother Raw Creamy Tahini dressing, chopped parsley and pomegranate. Serve and enjoy!
