In celebration of National Salad month, we're adding some much needed colour to our plates with this simple, vibrant and delicious recipe featuring Mother Raw Lemon Tahini, courtesy of Bethany Bierema! Made with simple ingredients that are easily accessible and bursting with flavour.
1 head of Green lettuce, chopped
3 leaves of Kale, chopped
Handful of Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1 medium Carrot, sliced in ribbons
1 small Cucumber, sliced thinly
1/2 Avocado, sliced lengthwise
1 Radishes, sliced thinly
2 Snap peas, sliced lengthwise
1 Chive, sliced in small rings
Handful of Fennel fronds
Drizzle of Mother Raw Lemon Tahini Dressing
Crack of black pepper
- Add all ingredients into large salad bowl.
- Drizzle on Mother Raw Lemon Tahini dressing, and enjoy!
