We know some people may think leftovers are boring and we want to change that! Take your leftover veggies from blah to ah with this green bean recipe. Grab those leftover green beans and toss them with some Mother Raw Maple Fig dressing and sliced almonds and go!
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lb leftover green beans, ends trimmed (previously steamed or cooked)
2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
¼ cup almonds, sliced
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the oil. Once hot, add the green beans and sauté for two to three minutes. During the last minute, add the sliced garlic and toss with the beans.
Transfer to a platter and top with the Mother Raw Maple Fig Dressing and almonds. Serve and enjoy! This dish is so foul-proof no one will know it's made from leftovers!
